Pinnacle Business Group adds New Manager, Business Development
JACKSONVILLE, FL (July 31, 2006) - Pinnacle Business Group Inc, a Technology consulting firm that also focuses on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery hired Don Wicker as Manager, Business Development. Don will develop and manage all aspects of their business development and marketing programs including web site enhancements, brand management and customer outreach strategies.
Mr. Wicker began his IT career in Jacksonville with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. He has more than 25 years experience in the Business Technology industry; areas of expertise include solution design, consulting and project management for Fortune 500, government and SMB businesses. Previously, Don was Director of Information Technology for a $1.5 billion manufacturing company in Atlanta, GA for 8 years.
Mr. Wicker gained his computer networking experience from successful design and implementation of IT solutions, for former clients in north and central Florida as will as Georgia. In a sales and sales management role, Don has experienced tremendous success in guiding firms on how to transition from 'product-centric' to 'customer-focused' consultative selling in the SMB market place. He formally operated his own consulting practice that focused on sales and marketing strategies, sales training, and account management. Don's strong desire to join a fast growing, Jacksonville based, market leading IT consulting firm with experience, stability and integrity is what brought Don Wicker and Pinnacle Business Group together. Don is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a B.S. degree in Management Sciences.
